基于广义线性混合模型医院服务质量评估的研究

摘要:

 目的:旨在利用广义线性混合模型对医院疾病的服务质量进行评估,探索一种高效优质的诊疗模式,为医院管理者提供决策支持。方法:对区域医疗卫生大数据平台的健康档案数据进行整理分析,制定评价指标体系,构建分析模型,然后利用R语言对数据进行统计分析。结果:疾病的治愈情况与医院的综合情况、病人的性别和年龄、保险的种类及DRGs的种类之间有统计学意义(p<0.01),通过对疾病治愈情况的动态监测,可以分析出以下几点:不同疾病在各医院的诊疗情况;同种疾病在不同医院的诊疗情况;同一医院不同疾病的诊疗情况。结论:广义线性混合模型能够准确高效的评价医院疾病诊疗状况,从而提高医院综合竞争,实现可持续、健康发展。

Abstract:

 Objective: In order to provide decision support to hospital managers, the services quality of disease in hospital were evaluated based on generalized linear mixed models (GLMMs) to explore an efficient and high-quality treatment model. Method: Health records data were collected from regional health information platform, then we reorganized and cleaned them; construction of GLMMs was on the basis of the evaluation index system. The R language was used for statistical data analysis. Results: For the cure of the disease, there were statistically significances between the overall situation in hospitals, the patient's gender and age, the type of insurance and the type of DRGs(p<0.01). Through dynamic monitoring of the cure of the disease, there are diagnosis and treatment of 1) the different disease in different hospital; 2) the same disease in different hospital; 3) the different diseases in the same

hospital. Conclusion: GLMMs can accurately and efficiently evaluate the diagnosis and treatment of diseases in hospitals, improve the comprehensive competitiveness of the hospital, thus achieving a sustainable and healthy development of the hospital.
