XNA平台下的肾小管骨架3D可视化

摘要:
目的:运用WPF和XNA技术绘制小鼠的肾小管三维曲线,设计符合用户操作习惯的界面和交互方法,然后进行评价。方法:在Visual Studio 2013的环境中,导入肾小管的数据,分别运用WPF、XNA技术绘制小鼠的肾小管三维曲线,用WPF技术进行用户界面设计,留出接口,将WPF或XNA绘制的三维对象导入GUI进行显示,创建更好的视觉效果以符合科研用户的人机交互。结果:成功利用XNA构建了肾小管3D模型,并能利用外部设备进行简单操作,并在C#平台下完成WPF界面设计。结论:三维显示技术在形态学、影像学等医学领域有良好的应用前景,XNA平台下封装了底层编程技术,绘制曲线简单,CPU占用率低,但不支持与WPF的交互。
Abstract:
Objective: Using WPF and XNA technology to draw three-dimensional curved tubules of mice, designed to meet the user interface and interaction methods operating habits, and then evaluated. Methods: Under the Visual Studio 2013 environment,importing the data of tubules and using WPF, XNA technology to draw three-dimensional curved tubules of mice. At the same time, using WPF user interface design techniques, three-dimensional object rendering WPF or XNA are imported in GUI to display so that it can create better visual effects to match the user's computer interaction. Results: Successful exploitation of XNA 3D model was constructed of tubular, and an external device is simple. We also complete WPF interface design in C # platform. Conclusion: The three-dimensional display technology has a good prospect in the medical field morphology, imaging, etc. under XNA platform encapsulates the underlying programming techniques, drawing curves is simple, but does not support the interaction with the WPF.
