3D打印定位导向模板在脊柱外科中的应用进展

摘要:
目的:分析并展望3D打印脊柱定位导向模板的设计方法与临床应用。方法:利用PubMed、万方、中国知网等数据库,查阅“3D打印脊柱导向模板”相关文献。结果:3D打印脊柱导板的制作方法多样,且无统一标准。结论:3D打印脊柱定位导向模板是一种个性化辅助置钉工具,但有必要在置钉准确、安全的原则下统一导板的制作标准,制定导板辅助置钉操作流程。
Abstract:
Objective: To summarize the design method and clinical application of 3D print spinal positioning guide template. Method: Finding the articles about the 3D print spinal positioning guide template in the database of PubMed, Wanfang and CNKI. Result: The method of making guide template is diversiform, and there is no unified standard. Conclusion: 3D print spinal positioning guide template is a personalized tool. But it's necessary to make a standard about the guide production, under the principle of accurate and the security, even though formulate the guiding operation process.
